My car. My precious Honda. It is old but it is special. So special, in fact, that every time I drive it, someone asks me if I will sell it.
My car was hit by some obnoxious person. Hit in a mall parking lot on private property. Which, no police officer can assign guilt or liability to either party involved in the accident.
My car is not mine anymore. I have to go to a lawyer to get it back. My fear is, that it is in a place where everyone wants to drive it and claim it as their own.
Say a prayer for Frostie. Although he is nineteen years old, he is not used to spending the night away from home.
Frostie get well soon and go home to your rightful owner where you belong!

Jill, I will never give up on Frostie! He is the second Honda I have owned. I think my next car will be one too. But back to poor Frostie. The parts are still not in, but he’ll be going strong soon! I am sure of it!

We become so attached to our cars, don’t we? My very first was called Basil and he went wrong all the time, had huge holes in the floor but I remember him with affection. I’ve never named another car since.

Thank you Jenny! Frostie is a classic. And I really mean, that, to get him back, from, as they say here, “totalled”, means getting an attorney. He is a sought-after car. But the insurance company doesn’t want to fix him.
Everyone wants to buy him so he gets driven every time I leave him in a shop.
We are going to end up paying for him to be fixed, and the attorney will have to straighten it out!!!! What a mess!
I drive another car and I have to admit, I have named all my cars. That name I can’t tell you. It’s sillier than Frostie. Basil is a good name. There is a restaurant named Basil and I sat across the street from it yesterday and thought of you. 🙂

I know. Well, karma has a way! Frostie’s side all bend, But parts are (hopefully) on the way…and he will be fixed soon. He is a Honda Prelude 1995. Just in case you were wondering. Those cars have been stolen from garages!

A very special car, and a reason for him to be named!
