Strictly visual. But my fear of flying must have oozed in doing this one.

This is pretty amazing! I’m used to getting a striking image from you but this is stunning.

Leslie and Ed were talking about kids and art. They reminded me Ed had a painting that was included with student art work that was included the High Musem group in 1962 that never returned. His painting was of a plane crash.

Could it be, that Ed did a painting of a plane crash that the High Museum attributed to the crash that killed all the “movers and shakers” in Atlanta at the time? The people who were killed on the plane really were the art influencers of Atlanta. People still blame that crash for Atlanta having to “catch up” in the art community.I am not sure of the date though.

This immediately spoke to me . . . then I read your comment about your fear of flying and smiled. I have the same fear. Very visually striking, especially to someone who has never flown!

Thanks so much for your comment. Just got it. This one, I think, is one of my more successful ones. I like the grapes and the balloons as one mass, and the different airplanes in different sizes. Yes, flying requires courage.:)
